KSkins reserves the right to select the courier at its discretion. Requests for specific shipping methods may be made, but are not guaranteed.

Normal order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday and standard processing and shipping times are 7-10 business days. Business days do not include holidays or Saturday and Sunday. 

Whipped Body Butters will melt in the heat, causing them to appear "half full". To experience the full glory of our products, do not leave your package outside, in the mailbox, or in direct sunlight. *By accepting our Terms & Conditions you acknowledge that KSkins is not responsible for melted butters. 

Due to the nature and hygiene of our product we cannot accept exchange or accept returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully! If your item becomes damaged during shipment we will gladly send a new item!
